Bill joined Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA in April 2024 as Of Counsel. Bill has extensive experience in estate planning, business planning, business organizations, and planning for families with special needs. Bill’s clients include business owners, executives, CPAs, financial planning professionals, and individuals who want to maintain privacy in their affairs and protect their families from probate court and unwanted taxation.  Practice areas include Trust Estate Planning, Retirement Planning, Business Succession Planning, Buy-Sell Agreements, Charitable Planning, Family LLC and Partnership formation, Trust and Estate Administration and Special Needs Planning.

Bill believes that personal planning enables individuals to maintain privacy and transfer their wealth to their children and descendants free of unwanted publicity, court costs, and taxation. His practice gives him the opportunity to help individuals and business owners plan their personal estates, provide for their loved ones, and transfer their businesses to family members who wish to continue in the family enterprise.

With the birth of his second child, Erin, Bill was introduced into the world of being a parent of a child with special needs. As a result, he expanded the scope of his estate planning services to include special planning for families with special needs children.

Bill was also employed by the Ohio State University from 2003 to 2019 to teach Estate Planning and Retirement Planning to students pursuing a degree in Consumer & Family Management to become Certified Financial Planners.  In addition, Bill was a guest lecturer at the Ohio University College of Business, Athens, Ohio, and served on the school’s Finance Advisory Board.

Bill is a long-time resident of Dublin with his wife, Tina.  They have two children, Lisa and Erin, and two grandchildren, Cameron and Carter, who also reside in central Ohio.
